Professional Role

Beth incorporated Machen Advisory Group in 2007 with more than twenty years of commercial real estate experience. Beth oversees a portfolio of office, retail, mixed-use, showroom and industrial properties. She handles all management services, including property accounting. Beth specializes in LEED® audits, property takeovers, rehabs, stabilizing properties, analyzing property performance, and provides expertise as a member of due diligence teams. Her goal, in all situations is to maximize property value through systematic reprogramming and repositioning.
